Step 1: Choosing a Design
To help you to decide on you design you can book an complimentary appointment with us to view the invitations in person or order samples. If you live close to Burlington, Ontario an appointment is a great way to get a feel for the invitations, ask questions and discuss your options. It is also the best option if you would like custom or customized invitations as you will be able to see your many choices in person. If you are out of town we can also work by phone or e-mail.
Step 2: Order
Order online via our Online Invitation Order Form for our Signature & Eco lines or right from the selected invitation page for our plantable invitation line. You can also order in person at an appointment, or just e-mail us to discuss your details and we can invoice you.
If you are don't have all of your details, but know you want to work with us you can reserve your time with a small deposit. Generally our timelines are 4-8 weeks. MDC Designs works on a first-come-first-serve basis with the earliest orders having the shortest timeline. Your reservation ensures your order has priority. Your invitation design can then be finalized a week before your start date.
Step 3: Production & Shipping
Once your payment is received (order payment or reservation deposit) an invoice will be sent out to you detailing the timeline of your project. You will receive proofs from MDC Designs. Production will only begin after these proofs have been approved by the client. Any changes after approval will be at the cost of the client. A finish date will be set out in the invoice. In keeping with this date, we will notify you when the invitations have been shipped or arrange a pickup date with you.
Please note: if you are late giving necessary elements to MDC Designs (maps, guest lists, wording etc.), your timeline may be extended accordingly.
